Collection: 308 WIN/7.62x51

Much like 223 and 5.56, the difference between these two cartridges is solely the pressure used in the loading process. You'll read all kinds of different "opinions" on this, but truly our brass manufacturer just changes the bunters that stamp the headstamp on the brass when transitioning between these two calibers.

7.62x51 has less pressure than 308 and is totally safe to use out of a 308. However, rifles truly chambered in 7.62x51 should only choose ammunition labeled as such.
